V.P. Sales & Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark oversees all new builder/developer client services for Home Builders Marketing Services and works closely with the on site sales professionals, marketing firms and client relations. Whether your building new homes from the ground up or buying fractured REO new home communities, Mark will work diligently with the client locating the future model home, assiting in designing collateral materials, websites, hiring sales staff, tracking the escrow process and working the to the closing of each and every home. Never afraid to mix and change things up, Mark comes to the table with new fresh ideas in marketing, social media and "out of the box" ideas to reach todays home buyer.
In additon, Mark oversees the day to day operations of new developments that will achieve the most successful results for our clients. As every property is different, we will assist in developing a marketing strategy for each property from initial pricing to the closing of the last sale. This includes hiring sales professionals, designing marketing and promotional pieces, model home design and set up, weekly sales meetings and reports, to monitoring buyer tendancies and objections. From the very first sale we will work closely with the on-site lender and escrow companies keeping everyone informed of each and every sale. As your experienced professional sales team we will keep an eye on the pulse of the market and making necessary changes to maintaining successful sales and helping to achieve your goals.
Mark has 16 years of residential sales experience including new construction, land acquisition, marketing techniques and condominium sales. Since 1993, Mark was consistantly ranked in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, has won numerous awards, served as a Director for the local Realtor Association board, chaired the Greivance and Ethics Committees and was a volunteer on several charitable committees.
Mark is actively involved in the S.D. BIA, NAHB and the Sales & Marketing Council.
