Decorated Model Homes Now Open At High Meadow Ranch

Blue Skies and Ranch-Style Living Offered Across Chiseled Slopes And Canyons

(Lakeside, Calif.) Luxury country living is available amid Southern California's rolling hills and spacious natural landscapes. The recent sales in Oceanside emphasize the continued selling success for the Encinitas-based company in albeit 2009's dwindling economy.

San Diego, Ca, December 15, 2009  Home Builders Marketing Services (HMBS) is demonstrating market success in an otherwise rough housing industry this month. Encinitas-based HBMS, a subdivision sales and marketing company specializing in the sale of condominium and new home communities, reserved all 22 townhomes in Oceanside's The Casitas housing track last month.

HBMS intends to form a waitlist for the The Casitas properties still under construction.

In addition to the recent sales at The Casitas, HBMS sold 134 condos at the Balboa Ridge property, identified as the number one selling attached project in all of San Diego County by Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, the housing industry's leading independent real estate research and analytical firm.
